DISTRIBUTION

House with three floors in which we find; On the first floor equipped kitchen and dining room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds in bunk beds and a bathroom.

On the third floor there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and the solarium terrace to enjoy the view of the city and have a drink.

SITUATION

House situated in the centre of Calpe in one of the main streets, close to all the shops, restaurants with terraces in the street. A nice enclave to enjoy the tourist atmosphere and the best gastronomy of Calpe, only 500 metres from the beach. The house is sunny all day long due to its south orientation.
