DISTRIBUTION

This chalet consists of two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds convertible into a double bed, two bathrooms, a large living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

EXTERIOR

This beautiful villa has a lovely 9×5 swimming pool where we can cool off on hot summer days and enjoy the sun of our beautiful Costa Blanca on the sun loungers, enjoy delicious lunches and dinners together thanks to the barbecue. The plot has 900 m2, the garden is large and consists of different areas, the pool area, the BBQ area and the rest with lawn. For more comfort the villa has a parking for our vehicle.

The views are breathtaking and panoramic to the sea and the bay of Calpe.

Situated only 5 minutes by car from the sandy Levante beach of Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach, as well as its lively promenade with many bars, beach bars and restaurants of all kinds. In 4 minutes we can reach the town centre. It is the perfect place to have a quiet holiday but still be close to all the amenities for a fantastic holiday.
