On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, bathroom and bedroom accessible for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a double bed, this floor has two complete bathrooms. On the roof terrace there is a solarium to enjoy the view of the city and have a drink.

SITUATION

 House situated in the centre of Calpe in one of the main streets, close to all the shops, restaurants with terraces in the street. A nice enclave to enjoy the tourist atmosphere and the best gastronomy of Calpe, only 500 metres from the beach. The house is sunny all day long due to its south orientation.
